REGULATIONS

Every bungalow is available to our guests from 11 am of the arrival day and must be vacated by 8,00 am on departure day.

Rent and other possible costs will be paid on the arrival day at key delivery moment.

Payment is possible by: cash, bank draft to “Dea Cupra di Galanti Adriana” or by bancomat and credit card. In case of delay or early departure any refund will be possible.

Client that will not arrive within 11,00 am of the following day of the expected arrival date,will be considered renunciatory. In this circumstance the company is rightful to withhold the deposit and consider the bungalow available.

At reservation moment a deposit of 30% of total amount will be required. Is it possible to pay by bank swift or postal order. On the check-in a valid identity card of every guest will be required.

Is strictly prohibited to host any unidentified person.

Possible dissimilarities underlined from the inventory will be recognized only if informed within arrival day. Number of persons accepted in the accomodations must not exceed number of available beds.

Extra beds or cradles can be required untill they are.

For damages to forniture or other things occurred during the stay, the client is responsible.

Broken cups, glasses, plates or others will be replaced by others will be replaced by others will be replaced by others with the same features before the departure or notified to the staff of the resort.
